Refund Policy

If your child decided not to try out, you are entitled to a full refund of your season registration fee. A refund will automatically be issued, shortly after tryouts, for any player who did not not make a team; however, the $30 tryout fee will not be refunded. In addition, a full refund may be requested for any reason if the request is made prior to tryouts.

No refunds will be made for any player that makes a team after tryouts are complete.

How do my registration fees get spent by the AGTBA?

While our registration fees are in line with other metro area traveling basketball associations, it is important to understand the components of our key expenses. The largest portion of registration fees go to cover both tournament entry fees or the rental of gym time for team practices.

In addition, our registration fees are subsidized by the income we receive from hosting the AGTBA Arctic Blast basketball tournament in December.  This tournament keeps our registration fees reasonable as well as ensures that we can continue to offer a quality basketball development experience for each participant.
